CANCELLATION POLICY

💖 Daidream Brow Bar Booking Policy ✨ Please read before booking ✨ To provide the best experience for all clients and protect my time, the following policies are strictly enforced: 🔐 CARD ON FILE & AUTHORIZATION A valid unlocked card is required for all clients. By booking, you authorize Daidream Brow Bar to charge the card on file for any applicable late cancellation or no-show fees. • Prepaid, Cash App, or unsupported cards are not accepted • Cards that decline or are unavailable will result in an account hold ⏳ CANCELLATIONS Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. • Same-day cancellations are charged 100% of the service total • First-time offenders may be charged 50% at discretion 🚫 NO-SHOWS Missing your appointment without notice results in: • 50% charge for first offense • 100% charge for repeat offenses ❗ Accounts with failed or declined payments must be settled before rebooking. After three no-shows, online booking access will be permanently removed. 💗 DEPOSITS (NEW CLIENTS) A non-refundable deposit is required for all new clients and is applied toward your service total. • Deposits may be transferred once with 24+ hours notice • After one reschedule, a new deposit is required • No-shows forfeit the deposit ⏰ LATE POLICY A 15-minute grace period is provided. • Arrivals after 15 minutes will be marked as a late cancellation • Late cancellations are charged 50% of the service total 📲 APPOINTMENT REMINDERS Text and email reminders are sent one week and 24 hours before your appointment.
