Hi, my name is Daijah. I am a Charlotte-based esthetician with a passion for enhancing natural beauty. While being in school and being a lover of makeup, I’ve developed a keen eye for detail, which led me to specialize in brow shaping, where precision and balance are key. In addition to brows, I offer a variety of beauty services, including facials and waxing, designed to help my clients look and feel their best. My goal is to provide personalized, high-quality care that brings out your confidence and enhances your natural features.
CANCELLATION POLICY
💖 Daidream Brow Bar Booking Policy ✨ Please read before booking ✨ To provide a consistent, elevated experience and protect my time, the following policies are strictly enforced: 🔐 CARD ON FILE + DEPOSIT REQUIRED A valid card on file is required for all clients. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments (new and returning clients). • Deposits go toward your total service cost • No prepaid, Cash App, or locked cards accepted • Appointments are not confirmed without a successful deposit 💗 DEPOSITS & PRE-BOOKING • Online bookings require a deposit at checkout • In-person pre-booked appointments must have the 20% deposit paid within 24hours or the appointment will be released • Deposits are transferable one time only with at least 24 hours’ notice • After one reschedule, a new deposit is required ⏳ CANCELLATIONS Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the 50% deposit • No additional fees will apply for late cancellations 🚫 NO-SHOWS Failure to arrive for your appointment without notice will result in: • Forfeiture of the 50% deposit • The remaining balance will be charged to the card on file • Failed payments will result in a hold on booking access • After 3 no-shows, online booking access will be permanently removed ⏰ LATE POLICY A 15-minute grace period is allowed. • Arrivals after 15 minutes will be considered a late cancellation • The 50% deposit will be forfeited • Appointment may need to be rescheduled depending on availability $15 late fee added if time available 📲 APPOINTMENT REMINDERS Text and email reminders are sent one week and 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please ensure your contact information is accurate.
