CANCELLATION POLICY

💖 Daidream Brow Bar Booking Policy ✨ Please read before booking! ✨ To provide the best experience for all clients and protect my time, the following policies are in place: 🔐 CARD ON FILE REQUIRED A valid card must be placed on file to book. Your card will only be charged in accordance with the cancellation, late, or no-show policies below. ⏳ CANCELLATIONS Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. • Same-day cancellations or those made within 2 hours of your appointment will be charged 100% of the service total. • Last-minute cancellations limit access for other clients and impact small businesses—thank you for understanding. 🚫 NO-SHOWS If you miss your appointment with no notice: • You will be charged 100% of the service total. • Failed payments result in a hold on your account. • After 3 no-shows, online booking access will be permanently removed. 💗 DEPOSITS A non-refundable deposit is required to book. The deposit amount varies by service and will go toward your total. • Deposits are transferable one time only if you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. • After one reschedule, a new deposit is required. • If you reschedule in person, no new deposit is needed at that time—but a late cancellation or no-show will result in a 100% charge. ⏰ LATE POLICY There is a 15-minute grace period. Arrivals after 15 minutes will be marked as a late cancellation and charged 100% of the service. If I still have time after the grace period a $10 late fee will be added. 📲 APPOINTMENT REMINDERS Text and email reminders are sent one week and 24 hours before your appointment. Please make sure your contact info is accurate at booking. Missed reminders do not excuse late arrivals, cancellations, or no-shows. 💞 THANK YOU Thank you for respecting my time and helping me keep Daidream Brow Bar running smoothly.
